Lorelynn Mirage Cardo, Ph.D. Lorelynn Mirage Cardo, Ph.D. is the Director of Arise, a counseling, healing and enrichment center in Beaverton, Oregon. Lorelynn has extensive training as a counselor and educator, attaining a doctorate from Fordham University, NY, in Counseling and Psychological Services.
