Vibration & Resonance

Vibrational Medicine and Energy Medicine refers to scientific and guided principles that all matter vibrates to a precise frequency and that by considering aspects of vibration, balance can be restored.

Within all life, existing together at the same time, is both matter and space, movement and stillness, sound and silence, thought and experience. The polarity of life, or the ability to travel between polar opposites, is the natural state of being. Most of us are often stuck in one of the polar opposites, unable or unwilling for various reasons to freely flow throughout the full range of the circle of life.

At any level of existence, whether it be atomic, obviously physical or cosmic, form that is in a state of balance and health, pulses in and out of stillness and moves easily. It is a dynamic, ever-changing dance. Our form, in its wisdom and intelligence, is constantly seeking to correct imbalances.

Trauma often results in states of either no movement or constant movement. Contrary to what you might think, the body wisely creates these states in order not to overwhelm itself when trauma occurs. When registered deeply, the system cannot self-correct. When form ceases to freely move, it atrophies, and over time, dies. The vibrational system that we all have, includes not only the physical, but the emotional, mental and spiritual parts of us as well.
